It's a fine line, with all bronze-drawn pasta, made with durum wheat semolina of superior quality (with a high percentage of protein and gluten) , with a complex production process and a sweet and very slow drying. Despite the bronze drawing, color, special formats Attilio is gilded and mud that once cooked. Cooking, unlike what happens with other bronze-drawn pasta, further enhances the color and specialty of Attilio appear in bright and gold plate.
