Nougatine Bar, Dark Chocolate With Caramelized Hazelnut, VenchiCocoa Mass, Sugar, 28% caramelised Piedmont hazelnuts, Sugar, Piedmont hazelnuts, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla, emulsifier, Natural Flavours, May contain traces of milk and other nuts.Nougatine pralines were created by Silviano Venchi in 1905. The pralines have been made according to a traditional recipe ever since. The best caramelised Piedmont hazelnuts are chopped and coated with dark chocolate in this bar. The nougatine dark chocolate bar contains the same ingredients as the nougatine pralines, with an added crunch factor thanks to the bar form. The dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 56%, so it is sufficiently sweet but not too sweet.
