Vipra Rossa Umbria Igt 75CL The charm and the seduction, in balance with tradition and originality, transform this wine, whose name is inspired by the noble Orvieto family Monaldeschi della Vipera, in a special moment in everyday life. The mainly Merlot and Sangiovese grapes of Umbria are vinified separately in steel, after the malolactic fermentation a part is aged from 8 to 12 months in French wooden barriques. Vipra Rossa was born with the 2002 harvest. Classification : Umbria IGT Grapes : selection of Sangiovese, Merlot, Montepulciano. Characteritics : Deep ruby color and intense aroma with fruity notes, beautifully blended with hints of spice, has a smooth and well-balanced flavor.
