Isostar Hydrate & Perform Powder The Hydrate & Perform drink powder comes with a new formula. No artificial colours, just natural flavours. This makes for a genuinely pleasant drink in fresh flavours. Dissolve in water to get an isotonic carbohydrate-electrolyte drink that improves your fluid absorption and supplies your body with carbohydrates, important minerals and vitamins during intensive workouts. Depending on the flavour you choose, the carbohydrates consist of mono- and polysaccharides like sucrose, glucose, maltodextrin and dextrose that are absorbed by the body within different intervals. During long training sessions or in competitions, it s best to consume approx. 150 ml of prepared carbohydrate-electrolyte drink every 15-20 minutes.
