Preheat non-stick skillet over Medium heat (350 degrees F). 2. Carefully add a single layer of potatoes to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. 3. Cover with a lid and fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. 4. Season to taste and serve immediately. Note: Cook to light golden color.
