Short Description

Brownie Mix Preparation in the oven: 1. Preheat the oven to 180┬║C. Line a rectangular shape with parchment paper. 2. Pour the contents of the bag of chocolate chips into a microwave-safe container and add 120g of margarine. Microwave at full power for 45 seconds. 3. In a bowl, add the contents of the brownie sachet and the 3 eggs to the previous preparation. With an electric mixer on low speed, mix until all the ingredients are combined. Then beat for about 5 minutes at maximum speed and pour the dough into the mold. 4. Bake for about 20 minutes. To check if the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly and unmold. Recommendation: use a rectangular shape measuring 20x30cm. For an authentic Brownie, combine with walnuts, pistachios or grated almonds.
