They are processed at our press using methods that respect cultural traditions for an olive oil that is 100% pure and one that preserves all the flavour, aroma and freshness of the olives picked to produce it. Cold extracted from Cordovil olives (100%) , this oil is slightly bitter and spicy with an aroma of green fruit. Ideal for green salad, pasta, tapas and non-oily fish.
