Potato Flakes Ferbar Mashed Potatoes are made from fresh potatoes, of the Bintje variety, internationally recognized for their exceptional quality. After a careful selection, the potato is washed, peeled, pre-cooked and cut, and then dehydrated. The potato flakes obtained are subjected to careful quality control measures in order to guarantee the characteristic texture, aroma and flavor of the Ferbar puree.
