Prepared For Sponge Bread Try the Branca de Neve Sponge Bread Preparation. Tradition always comes out well! Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate) , glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), SOY flour, salt. May contain traces of eggs, dairy products and nuts (almonds). Net weight: 435g Contains: 1 sachet of preparation Add: 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk (All ingredients must be at room temperature) Preparation mode: 1. Preheat the oven to 180┬║C and grease a 24 cm diameter chimney tin. 2. In a bowl, add the eggs and milk to the contents of the sachet. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then beat for about 5 minutes at maximum speed. Pour the dough into the form. 3. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Check that the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.Long Description
