Quinta Do Freixo - Pumpkin Jam - 450G We were introduced to this fantastic Doce de Ab├│bora during our visit to Portugal in 2010 and were immediately taken with its brilliant orange color and intense pumpkin flavor. It wasn't that the idea of a pumpkin jam was new to us, rather it was that this was the first version of the product that really held our attention. This preserve captures ripe pumpkin flavor with a rich sweetness and a texture that proves its provenance. Pair this with fresh and salty cheeses or with more aged cheeses with some strength of flavor.
