Short Description
Red Wine Doc Douro Tons De Duorum Test results Red color with violet tones. Intense aroma dominated by fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. It has very smooth and ripe tannins, well involved in its body and volume. This set results in a wine whose finish is dominated by its freshness, smoothness and elegance. Characteristics Grapes: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz Type of soil Schist Vintage Manual in 15 kg boxes Winemaking Upon reaching the winery, the grapes are selected, de-stemmed and crushed. This is followed by a pre-fermentation cold maceration (10 to 12┬║C) in stainless steel vats equipped with a treading robot, for about 3 days. After this maceration is finished, the crushed grapes are transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of around 25┬║C.Long Description
