Brew Cavern Grosse Bertha from Brussels Beer Project is a German Hefeweizen -style Belgian beer whose name immediately conjures up the German heavy artillery weapon used mainly during World War One. This character beer has a misty yellow hue and a delicate white head with aromas of wheat, coriander, citrus, spice, yeast and banana. The palate has flavours of yeast, spice, fruit, malt and banana.
