The coffee beans are roasted in a so-called separation process, in which each type of bean is roasted according to its ideal roasting point. Quarta Caff├¿ uses a traditional roasting machine with a rotary drum, in which the coffee is roasted slowly and gently. The crema is the way you love it - dense, creamy and of good consistency.
