Patak'S Bhuna Paste
Short Description
Pataks Bhuna Paste 283GMS. Patak's Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50:50 with plain yogurt. Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill. Ingredients: 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 Medium Onion, Diced 70g Patak's Bhuna Curry Paste 250g Diced Chicken Breast 200g Canned Chopped Tomatoes 100ml Water 1 tsp Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaf (optional) Method:; In a medium sized pan, gently fry the onions in oil until golden.; Stir in Patak's Bhuna Curry Paste and fry for 3 minutes then add chicken and stir fry until sealed.; Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes then add water, mix well and cover pan. Simmer on a low heat for 20mins.; Serve garnished with the chopped coriander leaf.; Equally delicious with beef, lamb or vegetables.Long Description
