Guilin chilli sauce is an ideal ingredient for dipping and stir-frying, regularly used in Modern-day Chinese cuisines. This sauce is prepared based on a century-old Guilin recipe. The Gulin chilli sauce recipe has the distinction of being one of the three treasures of the Guilin city; the remaining two are a variety of rice baijiu and a sort of pickled tofu.
