Acacia leaves, on the other hand, promote dental health, aid in digestion, serve as a natural detox agent, strengthen immunity, enhance skin, and also work as a medicinal herb for sore throat.   The repulsive factor about homemade Thai green omelet is the unpleasant cooking smell. Acacia leaves release a repulsive odor at the time of cooking. Thankfully, omelets cook in less than 5 minutes, so the smell bearable.  The odor vanishes after cooking. Other than an omelet, acacia leaves taste delicious in soups and stir fry dishes.
