- 3 chicken breasts medium-sized
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Half-cup salsa
- 1-cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 2 green onions
- 3 cups Mexican cheese
- 1-cup tortilla chips
- Preheat your oven at 175°C first to bake the chicken casserole.
